We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service within our establishment. This role is key maintaining service standards, supporting staff, and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff during service
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
  • Coordinate daily operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Support management in achieving business targets and service standards
  • Ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed accurately

Skills and Experience Required

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in food and beverage or hospitality

OR

  • A relevant Level 4 qualification or higher in Hospitality Management or related field OR a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong leadership and team coordinating skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of food safety ang hygiene practices

  • Must be reliable and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
