We are an aluminium windows and doors manufacturing company based in East Auckland, supplying quality products to residential and commercial construction projects. We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join our aluminium windows and doors manufacturing business in East Auckland.
Employment Type: Permanent, full-time position
Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week
Location: Auckland
Pay Rate: From NZD $30 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the company’s aluminium windows and doors business
- Oversee and coordinate the company’s overall sales activities and performance
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, including builders, developers, and construction projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Set and monitor sales targets to ensure business growth
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with clients
- Work closely with production and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business decisions
- Promote the company’s products and enhance brand reputation in the market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Management etc Or at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferred in sales and business development within aluminium windows and doors industry
- Strong ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Full driver licence (preferred, as the role may require visiting clients and sites)
