NAGRA CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Plasterer to join our growing team. This role involves working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality plastering finishes.

Position Details

  • Location: Auckland, New Zealand
  • Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (may extend up to 40 hours)
  • Pay Rate: $32 to $36 (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare external surfaces including brick, concrete, and blockwork for plastering
  • Apply cement, stucco, and plaster coatings to exterior surfaces
  • Mix and prepare plastering materials to the required consistency
  • Use appropriate tools such as trowels, floats, and spraying equipment
  • Ensure smooth, even, and weather-resistant finishes
  • Install reinforcing materials such as mesh or plasterboard where required
  • Repair and maintain damaged or worn plaster surfaces
  • Apply protective and decorative coatings
  • Interpret and work from plans, drawings, and specifications
  • Follow all health and safety regulations on-site

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification NZQF Level 4 in related field or Any bachelor
    OR at least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to read and interpret plans
  • Strong understanding of plastering techniques and materials
  • Good knowledge of health and safety practices
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors and at heights
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
