This role reports to the  Manager Remuneration and Benefits.

The sucessful applicant will be providing guidance, advice and expertise in the areas of remuneration and benefits while interpreting policies and agreements to provide advice and support.

This is a full time Hourly rate contract through to 30 September 2026

To be sucessful you will need to demonstrate; 

  • Analytical focus and a pragmatic approach 
  • You will be comfortable working in a complex environment and will be conscientious in responding to enquiries.
  • A strong background in remuneration, as a generalist HR practitioner, or possibly Payroll
  • Proven experience in working with and analysing data
  • Experience interpreting policies and contracts
  • An understanding of job evaluation practices

The  rate for this role is $85ph – $125ph dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
