T& L Cleaning services Limited is a commercial cleaning business committed to delivering high-quality cleaning solutions across Auckland. We are seeking a diligent and detail oriented cleaner to join our busy team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. We are currently recruiting two cleaners.
Job descriptions for cleaners:
•Pay rate between $24-$26 per hour depending on experience.
•Permanent full-time position.
•Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping ,mopping ,vacuuming and dusting of floors ,carpets and surfaces.
•Empty water baskets and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
•Clean and sanitise restrooms including toilets , sink ,mirrors and replenishing supplies like soap paper towel towels and toilet paper air freshener.
•Clean and disinfect kitchen areas including countertops, microwaves, refrigerators etc.
•Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving objects bending and standing for extended periods .
• punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Required skills and Prerequisites :
•previous at least one year Cleaning experience needed in commercial cleaning.
•Must be able to travel independently to various locations including West Auckland, CBD and South Auckland.
• Basic English skills to operate fire alarms and communicate with the Security services.
• communicate professionally with clients at our live sites .
• Friendly and professional behaviour when interacting with clients for the live sites
• Strong attention to details.
• performing Cleaning duties across multiple commercial sites.
• Ensure all areas are clean to the highest standard including floors ,surfaces ,restrooms and common areas.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly.
•Must be comfortable around pets as some clients are veterinary clinics.
