Position Title: Delivery Manager
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $30 – $36 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week

 

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in Driving, or in Transport Industry or in Management. 
  • OR Level 4 Qualification Required.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to independently manage operational activities and make high-level decisions.
  • Manage day‑to‑day courier delivery operations in Auckland.
  • Lead, supervise, and support delivery drivers.
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure on‑time completion of jobs.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and delivery‑related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations.
  • Maintain records of deliveries, performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Coordinate vehicle usage, servicing schedules, and maintenance needs.
  • Implement cost‑effective operational improvements.
  • Liaise with management regarding workload, issues, and service requirements.
