Client Service Managers wanted to join our growing teams in

- Gisborne
- Whanganui.
These are full-time, permanent positions guaranteeing at least 30 hours of work per week, but you will usually work between 40 to 50 hours per week.
The pay rate is $30 to $35 per hour.
These leadership roles involve managing and enhance client services, ensuring exceptional support for kiwi fruit orchard owners through tailored horticulture management solutions. The positions focus on fostering strong client relationships, optimising service delivery processes, leading and developing high-performing client service teams.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
· Develop and regularly update programs and procedures to enhance client relationships and improve the delivery of our horticulture management services.
· Oversee the efficiency of client support channels, ensuring that inquiries and issues from kiwi fruit orchard owners are addressed promptly and effectively.
· Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members, assist in recruiting and training new staff, and foster a motivated and high-performing team environment.
· Encourage professional development among staff to ensure they deliver exceptional support and understand the unique requirements of the horticulture industry.
· Plan and execute follow-up procedures to measure client satisfaction, assess the effectiveness of our services and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
· Work closely with other teams, contractors, and clients to understand and meet client expectations, adapting services to better suit their needs.
Requirements:
· Relevant tertiary qualification in management, business administration, commerce, agriculture/horticulture or similar discipline (NZ or Overseas); or at least 2 years’ relevant/transferable experience.
· Good understanding of horticulture industry (will be tested at interview).
· Ability to communicate effectively to a multi-cultural team, growers, team leaders and management.
· Willing to work in rural settings.
· Clear police record.
