Chinese pastry cook

Yan & Chiu Manufacturing Limited, is looking to employ four Chinese pastry cooks for our Chinese food factory based in Wellington. The Chinese pastry cooks we are looking for will work 40 hours per week and be paid $29.66 per hour. You will be expected to work in a busy environment but have to be presentable, reliable and able to deliver under pressure whiles maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation. The main tasks are as follows:

1. Examining raw materials for Chinese pastry products
2. Preparing and making Chinese pastry products based on the techniques and procedures specified
3. Estimating the Chinese pastry products stock to order supllies if required
4. Storing the Chinese pastry products in temperature-controlled facilities
5. Helping plan menu and estimate food requirements if required 
6. Giving train to any other staff or apprentices if required
