Key Responsibilities
Client Ownership & Service Delivery
- Act as the primary operational contact for key 3PL clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships through proactive communication
- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met or exceeded
- Identify opportunities to improve service, efficiency, and value for clients
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Work closely with other senior team members to allocate labour and prioritise workflow
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach—willing to step into operational tasks as required
- Forklift skills and certification so you can lead by example
- Foster a team-first environment where seniors support and cover for each other
- Support planning and allocation of staffing across shifts and workflows
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members on the floor
- Ensure safe, efficient, and productive work practices are followed
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs (accuracy, DIFOT, productivity, etc.)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and implement practical solutions
- Key clients are satisfied, retained, and growing
- KPIs are consistently achieved or exceeded
- The warehouse runs smoothly with strong collaboration across senior team members
- Issues are resolved quickly with minimal escalation
