Commercial Cleaning Site Manager

Manager is expected to work a minimum of 30-32 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.

Pay Rate: $24.00 -$ 24.50 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage, control and direct company work requirement and allocate duties to commercial cleaners.

2. Conferring with managers to cordinate with other organisational units

3. Maintaining attendance records and timesheets of all employees

4. Overseeing the work of the unit and suggesting imrprovements and changes

5. May have to perform front office and hotel reception duties

6. Expalining and enforcing safety regulations

7. Employee hiring, firing and training in accordance with the company and New zealand employment regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. 5+ Years of commerical cleaning Experience at supervisory level.

2. Minimum Level 7 or above qualification in Business or Management .

3. Attention to detail to thoroughly inspect, paln and ensure complance of all areas of the commercial space.

4. Ability to design, correctly interpret and formulate instructions, procedures and information to be followed by the cleaners and supervisors.

5. A Full, clean driver licence required to travel independently between multiple client sites.
