The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical trade Technician to join our Auckland-based team. This role involves hands-on technical work, troubleshooting, system assembly, and supporting engineering projects from concept through to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex electronic systems and equipment

  • Assemble, test, and commission electronic components and systems

  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications

  • Provide technical support to engineers and project teams

  • Lead fault-finding and problem-solving activities

  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

  • Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and documentation

Skills and Experience

  • Proven at least two years of relevant NZ work experience as an electronics technician or a certificate in Electrical engineering L4 qualification.

  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

  • Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation

  • Experience with electronic testing equipment and tools

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
