The Role

You will be based in a workshop near Melbourne Airport, carrying out inspection, maintenance, structural repair, and aluminium fabrication on Unit Load Devices. This is hands-on sheet metal work in a structured workshop environment with clear processes and ongoing training provided.
Day to day you will be across:
  • Inspection and structural repair of ULD pallets and containers
  • Sheet metal fabrication and aluminium work
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and maintenance instructions
  • Maintenance and refurbishment of aviation load devices to specification
  • Working to safety standards and quality requirements on every job
  • Contributing positively to a supportive workshop team
Aluminium TIG welding experience is a strong bonus — make sure to mention it when you get in touch.

What We Need
