We are working with a well-established client based in Māngere Bridge who is looking for a reliable and experienced all-rounder to join their team. This is a hands-on role combining account management, inventory control, and general warehousing duties.
This position will suit someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and is confident dealing with both customers and stock management systems.
About the Role
You will be responsible for managing a key client account while also supporting day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations. This includes:
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a key client
  • Providing a high level of customer service and communication
  • Managing inventory, stock levels, and accuracy
  • Using SAP for stock control, orders, and reporting
  • General warehousing duties including picking, packing, and dispatch
  • Operating a forklift as required
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a similar account management or inventory/stores role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience using SAP or similar inventory systems
  • Solid understanding of stock control and warehouse processes
  • Current forklift licence
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to support across the warehouse
  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage priorities effectively
