Store Manager

BAINS13 LIMITED is looking for a Store Manager for the busy liquor store in Feilding.

Some of the tasks would be:

• Operate and manage store operations
• Handle and manage the store's sales & marketing 
• Handle and manage inventory & stock levels 
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Manage staff, conduct performance appraisal, manage staff recruitment and termination process
• Handle and manage store local purchasing and marketing policies
• Manage the profitability of the store and ensure the store is meeting sales targets
• Handle store budget and provide monthly reports 
• Ensure the store is meeting all the Health & Safety, council, and franchisee regulations
• Handle complaints escalated by the supervisors
• Ensure the store is meeting quality and service standards 
• Organise, formulate and manage store specials to increase sales to generate revenue

Working on weekends and being available on calls are required for this position.

Offered Wage: $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience)
Employment is full-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.

This is a managerial role where you'll be handling the sole charge of the store.

You should have at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience or a relevant qualification (Level 5 or higher).

You need to have a Manager's Certificate as per the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, to be considered for this role. 

All suitable candidates should be able to pass a drug test and a Ministry of Justice check when required.
