About the Role

We are looking for skilled and reliable Glaziers to join our team on a full-time basis. You'll be working across a range of glass installation projects throughout BOP, with a focus on automotive glass, pool fencing, balustrades, and frameless glass systems. If you're hands-on, take pride in a clean finish, and can work independently across multiple job types, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass including windscreens, side windows, and rear glass
• Measuring, cutting, and installing glass pool fences and safety barriers to NZ Building Code and fencing regulations
• Fitting glass balustrades for residential and commercial properties
• Working with frameless and semi-frameless glass systems, hardware, and fixings
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and work orders
• Selecting appropriate glass types, sealants, and fittings for each application
• Ensuring all installations comply with NZ safety standards and regulations
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area on site

What We're Looking For

• Atleast 3 years of Proven experience as a Glazier
• Exposure to automotive glass, pool fencing, or balustrade installation is preferred
• Ability to read plans and measure accurately
• Strong understanding of glass types, handling, and safe installation methods
• A current, full New Zealand driver's licence or overseas equivalent 
• Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
• A solid work ethic — reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
