Rope access/abseiling skilled labourers with EWP tickets required
Building Recruitment is seeking reliable, hardworking workers who are ticketed for abseiling/rope access and EWP, and who are comfortable working at heights to join our clients on an ongoing construction project. These are full‑time roles offering stability, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow your skills within established crews. If you’re physically fit, safety‑focused, and keen to build a long‑term career in the industry, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
  • Point sealing insulated panel joints
  • Install flashings to exterior/interior insulated panel junctions
  • Assisting trades and site supervisors
  • Use drill, tape measure, apply mastic and silicone with caulking gun
  • Moving and organising materials
  • Operating basic hand and power tools
  • Spotting machinery and maintaining safe work zones
  • Following all Health & Safety procedures
To be considered you must have:
  • Abseiling / Rope Access ticket and confident working at heights
  • EWP ticket
  • Basic skills with drill, tape measure, caulking gun
