We are looking for a skilled and experienced warehouse administrator to join our busy team. You will need to have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and a forklift license to be qualified for this role.

Days required: Monday to Saturday
Pay: $26 – 28 per hour based on experience
About the Role
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting warehouse administration, stock control, dispatch operations, and customer order processing to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update warehouse inventory and stock records
- Process customer orders, invoices, delivery documentation, and dispatch records
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods and deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers, freight companies, warehouse staff, and customers regarding orders and deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stocktake activities
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems
- Ensure workplace health and safety procedures are followed
Successful applicants will have:
· At least 1-year experience of relevant work experience
· A forklift license is required
· Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory systems
· Able to meet deadline and work under pressure
· Good attention to detail
· Great work ethic and a hard-working attitude
