About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Multimedia Specialist to join our team. The role will develop, produce and manage multimedia content invluding videos, graphics, animations, and social media assets to support student recruitment, academic teaching and institutional brand storytelling. This position plays a key role in shaping the institutional image and stakeholder experience of ICA NZ. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, motion graphics, infographics, photography, animations, and interactive materials for student recruitment, marketing campagins, and social media platforms.
  • Design and edit promotional clips, campus highlight videos, and tutorial-style content to drive student engagement and support enrolment growth.
  • Support academic teams in developing e-learning resources, including editing lecture recordings and creating interactive learning tools for online and hybrid teaching environments.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to conceptualise creative ideas that align with the College's brand strategy and visual guidelines.
  • Maintain a consisten brand visual identity across all digital and print platforms, including the website, social medial channels, and official promotional materials.
  • Manage and organise digital asset libraries, ensuring orderly storage, content quality, and consistent reuse of multimedia resources across projects.
  • Integrate various media formats (i.e., video, animation, graphics, and interactive elements) into cohesive multimedia outputs for educational and marketing purposes.
  • Keep up with the latest creative trends, digital marketing developments, and emerging multimedia technologies to continuously optimise content quality and brand storytelling.
  • Monitor webiste multimedia performance, research emerging multimedia technologies and AI content tools, and optimise content workflows to continuously improve digital presence and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience in multimedia design, multimedia production and digital design.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe software (including Photoshop and Premiere Pro, etc.) for multimedia content creation.
  • Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills, with solid awareness of social media trends and digital marketing practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools is advantageous.
