We are seeking a full time Store Manager in West Coast. You will be required to work for minimum 30 hours to maximum 45 hours. Being a Store Manager, you will be focused on the growth, excellence in supply chain and processes of our business. You will be a driven individual who believes in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience while managing all business operations.

 

Key responsibilities

 

·        Set, plan, manage appropriately and execute efficiently site business plans and targets

·        Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment

·        Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain visually appealing product displays and promotional setups to boost customer interest and sales.

·        To manage the business accordance to budget.

·        Extraordinary leadership that inspires their team to achieve exceptional results

·        Compliance of tasks to the “stated” Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) policies and Food Safety Standards.

·        Compliance of company Operating Policies and Procedures.

·        Connect with and get involved in supporting local community groups

·        Promote, plan, execute and lead the ethos and values of the company in ‘growth and development’ and ‘making a difference ‘through the framework of being ‘family’

·        Provide a safe work environment for staff and customers

·        Ensure high levels of customer service and store presentation

 

 

Key requirements

 

  • Should have at least 2 years of retail industry work experience or Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification in Communication
  • Require working on Weekends and Public holidays.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • A proactive approach, motivation to achieve and improve continuously
  • Clean criminal record and Zero tolerance to drugs at workplace.

 

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level; it will range from $30 -$40 per hour.
