Job Title: Store Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to lead daily operations and contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations
  • Manage and supervise staff, including rostering and training
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets
  • Handle inventory control, stock ordering, and merchandising
  • Maintain health and safety standards within the store

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in the retail industry or relevant qualification 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good organisational and problem-solving skills
