Internal Auditor

About Us:

We help users pay for bills such as tuition fees, property rates, utilities, and more in New Zealand. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Internal Auditor to strengthen our internal controls and ensure our operations remain compliant and efficient.

About the Role:
As our Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in assessing and improving our internal processes, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting regular internal audits across all business functions
• Reviewing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Evaluating risk management procedures and recommending improvements
• Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans
• Preparing audit reports and presenting findings to management
• Supporting regulatory compliance and internal control enhancements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing, internal controls, or compliance
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and risk management frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is preferred (but not mandatory)
