Carpenters

We are looking for experienced Carpenters to join our friendly and supportive team.
The role is based in Auckland with a requirement to work on our projects in Canterbury and
Otago. This is a permanent full-time position with a guaranteed 30 hours per week.

Job description

You wil be providing carpentry services, including installing, repairing and building
items, assisting other skilled trades, and ensuring that tools and materials are available
at the job site, carrying out the safe and efficient operation of plant and equipment
ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget and without compromising quality.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3+ years' relevant and verifiable experience in the building/construction industry
• Clean NZ drivers' licence with RTW endorsement would be advantageous
• Valid Site Safety card
• No criminal history
• Have an eye for detail, well organised, depict accuracy in their work
• Have a mathematical approach to problem solving
• Be able to proactively identify problems
• Be trained in the safe and efficient u s e of relevant power tools
• Be able to use levelling/measuring equipment
• Have a positive attitude to safety and quality.
