What You’ll Be Doing

As a business coach, your role is to ensure our clients experience world-class coaching that drives real business results.

You'll be both a "doer" and a "designer" in this role:

The Doing - Delivering world-class coaching sessions

• Group coaching with business owners.

• Facilitating online training sessions.

• Monitoring client results and engagement.

• Answering questions on our coaching portals and Facebook groups.

The Designing - Improving our coaching systems

• Identifying and implementing better ways to help clients grow.

• Developing coaching resources to drive client success.

• Optimising coaching processes to get faster results.

Your ultimate goal? Help clients grow profit, take control of their time, and build better businesses for themselves and their families.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, skills, and business mindset - someone who thrives in a leadership role and knows how to get results.

To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have spent years coaching, leading, or developing people - not just managing tasks.

• Have been accountable for outcomes in a high-performance environment.

• Be competitive, but team-focused - you want others to win as well.

• Be direct, authentic, and not interested in corporate polish.

• Actively seek feedback and use it to improve.

• Have a solid understanding of business fundamentals - profit margins, cash flow, team management, and marketing strategies.

• Be a self-directed learner - always reading, listening to podcasts, or seeking new ways to grow.

• Bring energy, humour, and accountability to everything you do.

• Have experience in coaching, consulting, or running a business is valuable, but not essential.
