Earn 35 to 45 AUD/hr in Brisbane height safety roles. Accommodation provided and a genuine pathway to 60 AUD/hr for the right person.
Why Apply
Tired of working for someone who doesn't know your name, doing the same thing every day, and going nowhere?
Our client is one of Queensland's largest height safety companies, based at Yatala between Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with 8 years in this business and over 15 years prior. They run three divisions across commercial and industrial sites, Temporary Edge Protection, Height Safety Systems, and Bird Netting, and they are hiring installers now. A formal trade background is not required. Attitude, reliability, and a willingness to work hard are what matter most here.
You will be working in small crews installing height safety systems across commercial and industrial rooftops throughout Queensland and into NSW. Work spans fall arrest anchor points, static lines, access ladders, rooftop walkways, temporary edge protection, and bird netting across a variety of commercial sites. Multiple jobs per day keeps the work varied and moving. Travel days can run to 12 to 14 hours so being eyes-open about this before you apply matters.
Two roles are available immediately:
Edge Protection Installer (Immediate, two positions)
What We Need
At 35 to 45 AUD/hr to start, with a real pathway to 60 AUD/hr and accommodation covered while you find your feet, this is a strong entry point into a specialist trade that pays well and keeps you moving. No formal trade background required. Just show up, work hard, and back yourself.
The client is a Kiwi expat himself. He has built a loyal, long-term crew and he looks after the people who look after him. If you want to land somewhere that feels like a proper team from day one, this is worth the call.
