The role

This is a hands-on Procurement Coordinator role sitting at the centre of production activity.

You’ll ensure materials, components, and consumables are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time so jobs continue moving smoothly through production.

Working across multiple live projects, you’ll liaise daily with suppliers, project teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and keep production on schedule.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys being organised, thinking ahead, and working in a fast-paced operational environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Raise and manage purchase orders in MYOB / ERP system
• Source and order materials, hardware, and consumables for live jobs
• Track supplier orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve delays, shortages, and pricing issues
• Work closely with production and project teams on material requirements
• Assist with sourcing non-standard or urgent items when needed
• Maintain accurate ERP data (pricing, suppliers, item codes, job allocation)
• Support smooth workflow between procurement and production
• Assist with job costing through correct purchasing allocation

About you

You’ll be someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on environment and takes pride in being accurate, organised, and reliable.

You will bring:
• 2 - 3+ years’ experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain coordination
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills (MYOB experience highly advantageous)
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams
• Ability to stay calm and proactive in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, shopfitting, or project environments is a plus
• Tertiary qualification in supply chain, business, or similar (preferred but not essential)
