L & N Trading Limited is currently seeking for 2 reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as commercial cleaners in Canterbury. The position is full-time, permanent position with minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude and is willing to take initiative in their work.

Tasks (Duties) and Responsibilities:

Restocking hand towels and sanitizer.

Perform cleaning duties in various commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain a spotless environment.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, Toilets and other common areas.

Clean Walls, Windows and Glasses.

Able to work on site in the presence of client.

Empty and dispose of trash in a responsible manner.

Time and time the cleaning duties may change

Use cleaning equipment and supplies efficiently and safely.

Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

Report any damages or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Collaborate with team members to achieve and maintain cleanliness goals.

Ability to work independently or/and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high- quality service.

Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move equipment or supplies to different cleaning sites whenever it requires. 

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Good communication skills.

Additional Requirements: 

Available to work on both weekdays and weekends with flexible hours, as cleaning site schedules may vary.

Able to work split shifts during the day, depending on the requirements of cleaning sites.

New Zealand Full Driving Licence or equivalent to drive in New Zealand

Must be able to drive Manual Vehicle (Manual Gear Shifts)

This is an entry level job and full training will be provided however an experience similar to this will be an advantage.
