The job we have on offer.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Management Accountant. This role will report to the CEO and will involve close interaction with all of Entec’s administration and management team members. This role will manage overall accounting functions across all parts of our business.

Entec operates is business using the Nimbus ERP package, and previous familiarity with Nimbus would be advantageous.

This role will be based out of our new, purpose-built Bell Block facility. It will entail oversight of all accounting functions, but also requires “hands-on” work as a key part of the accounting team. The key responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of month-end reports through to the management accounts.
  • Collaborating across our business to ensure all transactions are correctly treated, and that all operations are conducted in line with agreed budgets. Experience in applying cost control measures will be an advantage.
  • Monthly liaison with Entec’s external CPA firm.
  • Ensuring complete compliance with all IRD and other statutory requirements.
  • Leading the annual budgeting cycle for operating and capital expenditure budgets.
  • Reporting to the directors on cash flow and financing requirements.
  • Driving business performance by proactive management of WIP, this will include working closely with our teams of project managers and administrators.
  • Maintaining control over the bank accounts, and participating in domestic and international creditor payments, FX hedges and monitoring working capital facilities.

Remuneration will be by way of a competitive salary package dependent on relevant qualifications and experience, and any other skills you can bring to the business.

The standard working week will be 40 hours.
