Earn from 45 AUD/hr installing AC across Queensland. Half-day Fridays, dual trade pathway, and a team culture that is genuinely hard to find anywhere
Why Apply
Tired of a company that talks about culture but couldn't tell you the last time they did something for their team?
Our client is one of Queensland's largest HVAC and electrical companies, with over 100 full-time staff across Brisbane, North Lakes, Toowoomba, Bundaberg, and Hervey Bay. They have been in business for 33 years, specialise in residential new construction, and are hiring AC installers, trade assistants, and 3rd and 4th year apprentices across all five locations. They have already got Kiwis on the team and they are actively looking for more.
You will be installing ducted, split system, and multi-head air conditioning systems across residential new construction projects throughout Queensland. The work is hands-on, physical, and fast-paced across active building sites. This is not a solo operation — you will be part of a large, well-resourced team with clear systems, strong supervision, and a genuine pathway to grow your career well beyond the tools if that is what you want.
Three entry points are available:
AC Installer / HVAC Installer (Qualified)
At 45 to 55 AUD/hr with half-day Fridays, a company vehicle, and one of the most genuine team cultures in the Queensland trades market, this is not a role you will find replicated anywhere else. The dual trade pathway alone puts this in a different category from every other AC installer role on the market right now.
Queensland is growing fast and the Brisbane 2032 Olympics is already driving a trades shortage that will only intensify. Getting into the right company now means you will be set up for years of consistent, well-paid work in one of Australia's most liveable regions.
