S Trading NZ Limited is seeking a reliable and motivated Team Member to support
the day-to-day operations of our business. The successful candidate will provide
high-quality customer service, assist with sales activities, maintain stock presentation
standards, and contribute to smooth workplace operations.


Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
 Serving customers with a positive attitude while providing friendly and efficient
service.
 Determining customer requirements and advising on available products and
services, including pricing and delivery options where applicable.
 Demonstrating and explaining products and services offered by the business.
 Processing customer transactions accurately using cash, EFTPOS, credit
card, and other approved payment methods, and preparing invoices or
receipts as required.
 Assisting customers with selecting suitable products and services to meet
their needs.
 Supporting stock management activities including monitoring inventory levels
and participating in stocktakes.
 Stacking, organising, and displaying goods to maintain an attractive and
orderly environment.
 Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards of service counters,
display areas, and general workplace environment.
 Handling customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and
efficiently.
 Working collaboratively with team members to meet operational requirements.

 Following company policies and workplace health and safety procedures at all
times.


Skills and Experience Required
Applicants should demonstrate:
 Good communication and customer service skills
 Ability to work effectively as part of a team
 Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
 Reliability, flexibility, and a positive work attitude
 At least 1 year of relevant retail or customer service experience
 Ability to work flexible rostered shifts including weekends
