The opportunity
You’ll take full ownership of the digital print area.
This is a lead-from-the-floor role. You’ll stay hands-on with production while guiding a small team to deliver accurate, on-time, high-quality output every day.
You’ll work in a business that values craft, consistency, and doing the job properly.
What you’ll do

Run daily digital print production across large format and flatbed equipment (Mimaki, HP, SwissQprint or similar)

Own workflow, job prioritisation, and production scheduling

Deliver accurate, high-quality print output on time

Lead, support, and develop a small team

Troubleshoot print and file issues to reduce downtime

Manage substrates, inks, and consumables to keep production flowing

Work closely with production, sales, and customer service teams

Prepare artwork using Adobe Illustrator and RIP software
-
Maintain strict colour accuracy and consistency across all work
About you
You are already working as a Digital Print Team Lead / Supervisor, or are a Senior Digital Printer ready for a leadership-focused role.
You bring:

Strong experience in digital print production (large format / flatbed)

Confidence leading small teams in a fast-paced environment

Hands-on technical ability across print machinery

Strong Adobe Illustrator and RIP workflow skills (essential)

Solid understanding of colour management (CMYK, Pantone, consistency control)

Calm, organised approach under pressure

Natural leadership on the floor
