Position Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, business performance, strategic growth, and daily management of the company. The GM ensures operational efficiency, financial performance, team leadership, compliance, and achievement of business objectives.

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of senior management experience
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Financial and operational management experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in fintech, payments, remittance, or financial services is an advantage
