To support our continued development, we are seeking a motivated and commercially
minded Marketing Specialist to assist with market research, marketing planning, brand
promotion, customer engagement, and sales performance analysis.

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing
initiatives to promote Raytech’s products and services, increase brand awareness, support
customer acquisition and retention, and provide market insights to guide business decisions.

This role requires strong analytical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work
closely with management, sales, suppliers, and external service providers. The successful
candidate will assist in identifying market opportunities, planning promotional activities,
monitoring campaign performance, and improving Raytech’s communication with its target customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and organise marketing and advertising campaigns to support Raytech’s sales objectives, brand awareness and customer growth.
  • Assist management in developing marketing strategies to reach target customer groups in the mobile device parts, repair, retail and wholesale markets.
  • Research customer needs, competitor activities, market demand, product trends and pricing movements to identify opportunities for Raytech’s existing and new products.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, sales data, product demand, campaign results and market information to support data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Interpret current and emerging consumer trends in the mobile device parts and repair industry and provide recommendations on future marketing opportunities.
  • Prepare and implement marketing objectives, promotional plans and campaign programmes to support business growth and market development.
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of advertising and promotional materials, including website content, online platform content, newsletters, product catalogues, social media posts and customer communications.
  • Liaise with designers, digital marketing providers, suppliers and other external parties to ensure marketing materials and campaigns are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Advise management on marketing elements including product positioning, pricing support, promotional methods, customer targeting, online sales channels and distribution-related marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking enquiries, website traffic, customer engagement, conversion rates, sales performance and return on promotional activities.
  • Prepare marketing reports for management, including market research findings, campaign performance, customer insights and recommendations for improving future marketing strategies.
  • Support customer relationship and retention initiatives, including CRM updates, customer segmentation, follow-up campaigns and targeted promotional communications.

Job requirement: applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in marketing, business, commerce, management, communications, or a related field;OR
  • Previous 3 years experience in marketing, business analysis, customer relationship management, project coordination, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer behaviour, market research, and promotional planning.
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, customer information, and market trends to support business decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear marketing content and business reports.
  • Good organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with management, sales teams, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, website content management, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online sales platforms would be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with data, reports, and performance tracking tools.
  • Fluency in English is required. Mandarin language skills would be advantageous for communicating with overseas suppliers and business partners.
