Customer Service Manager – Seafood Retail Shop
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $30–$50 per hour (depending on experience)
We are a busy and growing seafood retail shop in North Shore Auckland looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer service operations
- Lead and supervise retail staff
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Assist with staff training and performance management
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and store operations
- Support stock control and sales activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service management
OR a Diploma in Management or related qualification - Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, organised, and customer-focused attitude
