  • Accommodation provided on arrival to get you settled
  • 45 AUD per hour starting rate with a clear pathway upward based on performance
  • Half-day Fridays every single week, a genuine and consistent lifestyle perk
  • Dual trade pathway: qualified electricians get dual-traded as AC installers at full rates, company funds the apprenticeship
  • Career progression beyond the tools: supervisor, project manager, scheduling, and branch manager roles available as the company grows
  • Young, active team culture: boxing nights, social events, skateboarding, and fishing; this is a crew that genuinely gets along
  • NZ electrical licence transfers to QLD in approximately 10 working days
The Role

You will be working across residential new builds, installations, commissioning, and maintenance jobs across your preferred Queensland location. This is a client-facing, autonomous role where you manage your own time on site and deliver quality electrical work independently. The company is open to qualified electricians, 3rd and 4th year apprentices, and technically minded trade assistants with hands-on AC or electrical experience.
Whether you call yourself a sparky, electrician, electrical worker, or licensed electrician, the core requirement is the same: a reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to get on with the job.
Day to day you will be across:
  • Residential new build electrical installations and fit-offs
  • Split system, multi-head, and ducted AC installations and commissioning
  • Service and maintenance work across residential properties
  • Working directly with clients on site and managing your own schedule
  • Delivering quality electrical work to AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules standards
What We Need
  • Qualified Electrician
  • NZ electrical licence transfers to QLD in approximately 10 working days
  • Knowledge of AS/NZS 3000 Wiring Rules
  • Residential new build or service experience is a strong advantage
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently on site
  • Genuine commitment to relocating to Queensland long-term
Why This Role

Vehicle, accommodation, half-day Fridays, a dual trade pathway funded by the company, and a young crew with Kiwis already on the team is a rare combination in the electrical trade. The company is growing fast across five Queensland locations and the opportunities to progress beyond the tools are real. For a sparky or electrical worker ready to make the move, Queensland and this role make a lot of sense.
