Position Title: Training and Development Officer
Number of Positions: 1
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Pay Rate: $32 – $38 per hour
Hours of Work: 30 – 40 hours per week
Key Requirements
- Qualification Level 7 or higher OR 2.5 years’ experience.
- Strong experience in automotive services (tinting, wrapping, PPF, detailing).
Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs across Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories Fitters.
- Develop and implement structured training programmes for tinting, wrapping, PPF, detailing, and related services.
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, manuals, and demonstration guides.
- Conduct hands‑on training, workshops, and technical demonstrations across both branches.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance and training outcomes.
- Ensure consistent service quality and workmanship standards company‑wide.
- Support onboarding, skill assessment, and certification of employees.
- Advise management on workforce development, skill gaps, and training improvements.
- Maintain training records, competency logs, and performance evaluations.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Position Title: Motor Vehicle Parts and Accessories Fitter

Key Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 qualification OR at least 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove damaged or existing vehicle parts, trims, and fittings.
- Install automotive accessories including tint films, wraps, PPF, and decals.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for fitting and ensure proper cleaning and finishing.
- Fit and secure components such as trims, glass films, and protective coatings.
- Inspect installations for quality, alignment, and finish standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe condition.
- Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Assist with vehicle detailing and finishing tasks where required.
- Report defects, installation issues, or material concerns.
- Support workshop operations and team coordination.
