Operations Manager Job Description:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely job delivery, consistent quality, and staff performance across the Taupo region.

Train and manage cleaning, admin, and coordination teams; assign/reassign staff based on skills and inspect work regularly.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service quotes via phone, email, chat, or in-person, resolving issues promptly.

Manage budgeting, expenses, payroll, invoicing, stocktaking, and vendor negotiations under director supervision.

Maintain vehicles (WOF, rego, servicing), order supplies, and assist staff with domestic/commercial cleaning as needed.

Conduct health/safety audits, franchise compliance checks, and participate in staff/management meetings.

Identify operational issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvement through industry best practices.

Champion sanitation perfectionism, quality control, and innovation to uphold company standards.
What we are looking for:

Proven 3-5+ years in operations management, ideally in cleaning/services

Bachelor's in business/management or equivalent experience; strong leadership, budgeting, and customer service skills.
- Commitment to health/safety compliance and team development.
What we offer:
This is a permanent, full-time offer with a minimum of 30 hrs/week to a maximum of 40 hrs/week.
