We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. 

 

As Service Manager your role is primarily to be responsible for planning, organising and reviewing customer service operations, maintaining customer relationships, improving service quality, and developing customer service policies and procedures. You will liaise with an organisational units to identify and respond to customer expectation.

 

  Main Responsibilities: 

 

  • Planning and managing customer service operations
  • Supervising, training, and supporting  staff
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers and clients
  • Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
  • Monitoring service quality and staff performance
  • Improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Managing after-sales support and service delivery
  • Preparing service reports and recommending operational improvements

 

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required: 

 

Must have atleast three years of proven experience in project administration role or New Zealand diploma or higher qualification. A team member must have good communication skills and also time management skills  

 

Pay Rate:

 

Minimum - $35.00 per hour

Maximum - $38.00 per hour

 

Hours of Work:

 

Minimum - 30 hours per week

Maximum - 40 hours per week
