●        Pay rate: from $28-$33 per hour

●        Days required: 5-6 days/week

●        Hours per week: Min 30 Max 60 hrs

Responsibilities and Accoun tabilities:

The position is responsible for the following:

• Interpreting structural drawings, architectural plans, and door & window installation blueprints, with accurate comprehension of opening positions, dimensions, elevations, and reinforcement bar specifications.
• Calculate and determine the dimensions, shapes, and quantities of lintels, embedded parts, and reinforcement bars for doors and windows.
•Utilize a bar cutter to precisely cut reinforcement bars according to cutting lists, ensuring length tolerances remain within specified limits.
•Operate a bar bending machine to accurately fabricate reinforcement components for doors, windows, and other required shapes, maintaining precise angles and hook dimensions in strict accordance with drawing specifications.
•Collaborate closely with the carpentry team to precisely install fabricated lintel reinforcement frames, strengthening bars, and reinforcement mesh with embedded parts at designated locations.
•Employ steel rulers, spirit levels, and plumb bobs to rigorously verify the elevation, levelness, verticality, and planar position of reinforcement bars in door and window openings, ensuring complete alignment with the drawings.
•Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials
