Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all operations at the Frankton branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the store
-Manage inventory – monitor stock levels, organize replenishment, and minimize overstock or shortages
-Decide product selection – identify bestsellers, introduce new products, and phase out slow-moving stock
-Plan and implement promotional activities to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
-Lead and support staff – including hiring, rostering, training, and performance management
-Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain a friendly shopping environment
-Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and workplace health standards are met
-Organize stock transfers between branches
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
-Has at least 2 years of retail or management experience, preferably in the food or supermarket sector.
-Has good computer literacy, especially in using GPOS ERP systems.
-Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Has a solid understanding of Asian food products and cultural sensitivity.
-Is bilingual – proficiency in English and at least one Asian language preferred.
