As a Marketing Officer, you'll be at the forefront of executing strategic marketing initiatives and contributing to the development of marketing plans.

- Days required: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 5 pm
- Hours per week: A minimum of 30 hours a week guaranteed, a maximum of 40 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Opportunity Identification
Identify market trends and opportunities for recruiting international students for NZ and AU education providers and acquiring clients for AU and NZ immigration services.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for promoting education programs, immigration services, and other organisation offerings to target audiences.
- Marketing Plan Development and Coordination
Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing plans to support business growth and development objectives across education and immigration services.
Contribute to the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies, and programmes aimed at attracting international students and immigration clients.
- Market Research
Commission and undertake market research activities to gather insights into market dynamics, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies in the education and immigration sectors.
Analyse market research findings to identify opportunities for new and existing services and provide recommendations to the sales team.
- Marketing Advisory
Provide support and assistance in advising on various elements of marketing, including service package, pricing strategies, advertising, sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels for both education and immigration services.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and strategies across all service offerings.
- Pricing and Promotion
Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies for education programmes offered by NZ and AU providers and immigration services by our company.
Contribute to promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and sales promotions to drive student enrollment, immigration client acquisition, and retention.
To be right for this role and our organization, you need:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher qualification. Two years' experience in marketing, in the education and/or immigration sectors, can act as a substitute for qualification.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and strategies is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of international education and immigration processes, along with basic visa knowledge, is desirable.
