We are looking for one Security Consultant to join our Auckland team. This role is a permanent, full-time position offering 40 hours per week.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:-

- Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments for client sites to identify security vulnerabilities and safety risks.

- Analyse existing security systems, policies, and procedures to identify gaps and advise clients on security risks, compliance, and mitigation strategies.

- Design and recommend integrated security systems, specifications and support implementation planning.

- Analyse existing security systems, policies, and procedures to identify gaps and develop/ recommend client security policies, emergency response plans, and business continuity procedures.

- Liaise with clients and external agencies in an advisory and coordination capacity to develop and recommend security policies, emergency response plans, and business continuity procedures.

- Monitor industry developments and emerging threats to ensure client security solutions remain current and effective.

- Review incident data and trends to provide strategic recommendations for ongoing risk reduction.

- Prepare detailed security risk assessments and advisory reports on identified irregularities and provide training guidance and awareness recommendations to client staff on security practices (non-operational delivery where applicable).

Key Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience required.

- Must have a Drivers Licence to visit sites.

- Applicant must be physically fit.

- A pre-employment medical and drug test will be a part of the recruitment process.

- Flexible with working hours and should be able to work over the weekends (days of work includes weekends, as per the employers requirement and weekly roaster)
