Hari Childcare trading as Go Bananas Childcare is a dedicated childcare centre committed to providing high-quality early childhood education and care. We are seeking an experienced Administration & Operations Manager to oversee and support the smooth running of our centre's operations, administration, and business functions.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration, operations and finances of the centre.
  • Manage office procedures, systems, and administrative processes to support efficient business operations.
  • Coordinate enrolments, attendance records, waitlists, and general parent administration.
  • Support staffing coordination, roster administration, and operational workforce support.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, invoice processing, accounts administration, and operational expenditure tracking.
  • Assist with budgeting, financial reporting preparation, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
  • Liaise with accountants, external service providers, suppliers, and contractors as required.
  • Supervise and support office and administrative functions across the centre.
  • Coordinate centre resources, equipment, and operational supply management.
  • Assist with operational planning, business process improvements, and supporting the continued growth and expansion of the company's operations.
  • Prepare operational, financial, and administrative reports for management.
  • Support parent communication and general business administration activities.
  • Work collaboratively with Centre Managers and Head Teachers to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor operational systems, administrative workflows and finance management to improve efficiency of the Company.
  • Support the implementation of business systems, operational procedures, and administrative processes.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Relevant work experience of two years or a relevant qualification
  • Strong organisational, operational, and administrative management skills.
  • Knowledge of finance administration, payroll coordination, budgeting support, and reporting systems preferred
  • Strong communication and management skills.
  • Ability to manage office systems, operational processes, and multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Salary range of this position is $30.00-$38.00 per hour; depending upon skills and experience
