Tasks Involve

Surface preparation — scraping, sanding, cleaning, and removing prior materials

Plastering and filling — repairing holes, joints, and imperfections

Painting application — brushing, rolling, and spraying surfaces

Wallpaper installation and removal — applying and removing wallpaper with precision

Material handling — using oil‑based, water‑based, varnish, stain, and sealant products

Wood finishing — staining and sealing timber surfaces

Mobile Scaffolding setup — erecting, using, and dismantling mobile scaffolding safely

Health & safety compliance — following all regulations and industry standards and using required PPE

Worksite standards — maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised workspace
- Stock management - Purchasing, stock taking and reporting inventory levels to accounts.
- Someone hardworking, dependable, and eager to grow
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- While experience is preferred, it is not required
- Good time management and able to meet deadlines.
- Commfortable being filmed and photographed on site for our a website and marketing.
- Full drivers license and reliable transport to get to and from site independently.
- Willing to travel throughout NZ for job opportunities and projects.
- NZ Citizden, resident or legally allowed to work in New Zealand. Documents will be required
- Police vetting and back ground check done prior to job acceptance.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with clients, team members, subcontractors, customers.
- Prior to job acceptance, all candidates are required to complete and pass a pre‑employment drug test.
