Shift Supervisor

​About the Role:

Select Pizza Limited is seeking an experienced and responsible Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations at our busy Auckland store. You will lead the front-of-house and kitchen teams, ensuring smooth shift transitions, high-quality food standards, and exceptional customer service during peak and late-night trading hours.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Oversee and manage the entire store operations during assigned shifts, including late-night closely.
• ​Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene regulations, and health and safety policies.
• ​Manage inventory control, cash handling, end-of-shift reconciliations, and opening/closing procedures.
• ​Resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently and professionally.
• ​Coordinate with delivery drivers and manage order flows to ensure fast and accurate service.

​Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

• ​Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience working in a pizza business environment within New Zealand.
• ​Availability: Must be fully flexible to work a rotating roster, with a strong focus on late-night shifts and weekends.

• ​Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle high-pressure rush periods.
