Electronic Engineering Technician

Job Description:

• Diagnose faults and technical issues in electronic devices and associated systems.
• Test, repair, maintain, and modify electronic equipment and circuitry in accordance with technical manuals and specifications.
• Assemble and replace electronic components, circuit boards, and related hardware.
• Conduct testing and analyse results to evaluate equipment performance and functionality.
• Prepare technical drawings, repair records, reports, charts, and documentation relating to repair and maintenance work.
• Inspect repaired equipment to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Estimate material requirements, replacement parts, and repair costs.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and electronic systems where required.
• Maintain accurate service records and inventory usage documentation.
• Provide technical support and recommendations to customers regarding device maintenance and repairs.
