Ayuora Property Services Limited provides commercial cleaning, property maintenance, and operational support services across multiple Auckland client sites.
We are seeking an experienced full-time Supply and Distribution Manager to oversee procurement, inventory control, logistics coordination, and operational supply systems supporting our Auckland operations.
This is a permanent full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory, storage, and distribution activities across multiple Auckland sites
- Maintain inventory systems, stock forecasting, supplier lead times, and operational supply requirements
- Operate inventory systems to manage stock movements, purchasing, dispatches, and reporting
- Conduct stocktakes, reconciliations, and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records
- Coordinate dispatch and delivery of consumables, chemicals, PPE, uniforms, tools, and operational equipment
- Manage supplier relationships and procurement planning to support operational continuity and cost control
- Supervise logistics, dispatch, and operational support staff
Requirements
Applicants must have either:
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, or distribution management or
- A Level 4 certificate or higher in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations, or distribution management
- A criminal history check and random drug testing may be conducted if required.
