We are an innovative property media and visual presentation company specialising in premium real estate photography, cinematic property video production, digital visual storytelling, aerial content, floor plans and immersive marketing solutions.
As demand continues to grow, we are seeking a highly creative and commercially minded Property Film & Video Producer to lead the development and delivery of high-quality video content across residential, commercial and development projects.
The Property Film & Video Producer is responsible for planning, coordinating, editing and delivering professional video productions and visual storytelling content to support property presentation and client engagement activities. The role combines production planning, filming oversight, editing expertise and post-production execution to create premium commercial property video outputs. This is a permanent full-time position, and you will be required to work for at least 40 hours per week between Monday and Saturday.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video Production Planning
• Interpret project briefs and translate requirements into structured production plans
• Develop visual concepts, storyboards and shot sequences
• Plan filming schedules, production workflows and delivery timelines
• Prepare production documentation and technical requirements
2. Property Film Production
• Coordinate and oversee filming activities across project locations
• Direct property shoots to achieve intended visual outcomes
• Manage production quality, continuity and visual consistency
• Capture property features and environmental storytelling elements
3. Film and Video Editing
• Assemble and edit recorded footage into completed productions
• Select and sequence scenes to achieve narrative and commercial objectives
• Apply transitions, pacing and visual structure
• Prepare multiple edits for different distribution channels
4. Post-production Management
• Perform:
a. colour correction
b. colour grading
c. sound balancing
d. subtitle integration
e. motion enhancement
f. rendering and export
• Ensure final outputs meet internal quality standards
5. Visual Storytelling and Content Delivery
• Produce:
a. cinematic property walkthroughs
b. promotional films
c. branded video assets
d. launch presentation videos
• Tailor outputs for websites and digital presentation platforms
6. Production Coordination
• Liaise with clients and production stakeholders
• Manage project timelines and delivery milestones
• Coordinate external contractors where required
• Maintain production asset libraries and workflow standards
7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement
• Research and implement new production methods
• Evaluate AI-assisted editing and media workflows
• Improve production efficiency and output consistency
What We’re Looking For
• At least a Bachelor’s degree or above in Film, Media Production, Digital Media, Communications or related discipline OR
• At least two years of demonstrated experience in video production and post-production
• Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling capability
• Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent editing software
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience producing commercial or branded content
• Experience with social-first video formats
• Knowledge of photography, drone or digital production workflows
• Experience in real estate, architecture, design or lifestyle sectors
