Giant Group NZ Limited T/A Techcrazy is seeking an experienced ICT Sales Assistant to join our busy and positive team.
We are growing business on the rise and we are on the lookout for an absolute gem of ICT Sales Assistant to help us running the business.
As a ICT Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:
· Describe the model and features of the product to the customer.
· Tell them about the range, cost, and further guarantees.
· Make arrangements for client delivery.
· Describe to them how to use the product.
· Selling all of the shop's ICT items, including laptops and cell phones.
· Send them an invoice and take their money.
· If necessary, describe the payment schedules to them.
· Take part in stocktakes and help with continuing stock management.
· Carefully pack and present the merchandise to increase sales.
· Greet customers and inform them of the latest promotions.
· Always abide by the laws pertaining to health and safety.
· Always attend the health and safety meetings.
Requirements:
· 1 year of experience or Diploma L-5.
· Strong communication skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
You will get:
Location: Auckland
Pay rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience
Minimum 32 hours every week.
