We are looking for two skilled and passionate Beauty Therapists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing professional beauty treatments, excellent customer service, and a genuine passion for helping clients look and feel their best.

  • Position: Beauty Therapist
  • Hourly rate: $30 – $32 per hour
  • Guaranteed hours: 30 per week
  • Maximum hours: 55 per week
  • Location: Auckland

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their beauty care needs and preferences.
  • Perform a range of beauty services including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, lash/brow treatments, and massage.
  • Provide advice on skincare and recommend suitable beauty products.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon/spa facilities.
  • Stay updated with current beauty trends, treatments, and techniques.
  • Schedule and manage client appointments using booking systems.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in the salon/spa environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 qualification OR 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of beauty therapy techniques and treatments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional presentation and strong attention to detail.
