PRIME BUILD CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is seeking a Project Builder to join its team in the Auckland region. The ideal candidate should be reliable, proactive, and have relevant knowledge.

Key duties:

  • Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish.
  • Read and interpret building plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Organise and supervise construction work on-site to ensure timely completion.
  • Arrange materials, tools, and equipment required for building projects.
  • Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with building standards and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other workers on site.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and site regulations.

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and will be paid between $30 and $40 per hour.

Other important requirements:

  • Minimum Level 6 qualification is required.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
